The Short Version
Rheme LLC is a business consulting firm — not a law firm. Eric Hulin, J.D. is a Texas-licensed attorney, but when he works through Rheme LLC he is acting as a business consultant, not your attorney. Legal representation is provided exclusively through Lawyer Lighthouse PLLC, his separately licensed Texas law firm, under a separate engagement agreement.
Rheme LLC is a Texas limited liability company organized and operating as a business consulting firm. It is not a law firm, legal professional association, or any other form of licensed legal entity. Rheme LLC does not practice law, does not hold a law firm license, and is not subject to attorney disciplinary rules in its capacity as a consulting firm.
Visiting this website, reading its content, submitting a contact form, receiving an auto-reply email, or participating in a free discovery call does not create an attorney-client relationship with Eric Hulin, Rheme LLC, or Lawyer Lighthouse PLLC. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a written engagement letter signed by both the client and Lawyer Lighthouse PLLC. Until such an agreement is signed, no confidentiality obligations specific to the attorney-client relationship attach to information you share.

When a consulting engagement with Rheme LLC involves deliverables that constitute the practice of law — such as drafting an operating agreement or a demand letter — those deliverables are provided through Lawyer Lighthouse PLLC under a separate legal engagement agreement, subject to the Texas Rules of Professional Conduct.
