Rheme LLC is a business consulting firm that provides business consulting services, not legal representation. Consulting services — including contract consulting and legal strategy advice — do not create an attorney-client relationship. For matters requiring legal representation, I refer clients to Lawyer Lighthouse PLLC, my separate licensed law firm.
All packages are fixed-fee — no hourly surprises. After our discovery call, I'll send a written scope of work. Once you approve it, you sign via DocuSeal (digital signature) and pay via Stripe.

Foundation: 100% due at signing.
Signal & Authority: 50% is due before work begins; the remaining 50% is due before final deliverables are released. No work proceeds without payment on file, and you won't receive completed deliverables until the balance is paid.

It depends on the package. The Foundation package typically completes in 5–7 business days. The Signal package runs 3–5 weeks. The Authority package runs 6–10 weeks. Timelines depend on your responsiveness and any third-party dependencies (like state filing times). I'll give you a clear timeline in your scope of work.
Entity formation and legal consulting services are specific to Texas. However, web design, business strategy, and technology consulting are available to clients anywhere. If you're outside Texas and need entity work, I can discuss options or provide referrals.
